Testing critical flows in a prototype before development reduces the cost of the wrong scope. Accessibility and different screen sizes should be designed from the start.
Post-launch costs
Store accounts, servers, external services, analytics, error monitoring, operating-system updates, security maintenance and user support are part of total ownership cost.
