What is delivered?
Deliverables are listed for each project in the proposal and contract. A typical scope includes discovery outputs, user flows, interface designs, working software, test records, deployment configuration and necessary usage documentation. Work in progress is shared through regular review cycles.
Source code and ownership
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, usage rights for project-specific source code and design outputs are transferred to the client after payment. Pixelvane retains rights in pre-existing tools, libraries, methods and general know-how. Open-source components remain subject to their own licenses.
Design files
Final design files and the design system included in the agreed scope are delivered. Third-party font, image or tool licenses are identified separately.
Hosting, maintenance and support
Products can be deployed to client-owned accounts or agreed infrastructure. Maintenance, security updates, monitoring and further development are defined as a continuing service. Critical response targets are written into the maintenance agreement.
Confidentiality and data security
A mutual confidentiality agreement can be signed before discovery. Access is limited to need, named user access is preferred for shared platforms and production secrets are not stored in source code. Data-controller and processor roles are defined for projects handling personal information.
Payment and change control
Payment schedules are tied to start, review and launch milestones according to project size. Out-of-scope requests are assessed in writing with their impact; no time or fee change is applied without approval.
After launch
Software defects within the delivered scope are corrected during the agreed warranty period. New features, content operations, growth work and ongoing technical support are planned separately.
